TERMS

GENERAL PROVISIONS

• All purchases must be paid in full before shipping will occur.
• Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Money Order, or by personal check (please allow for bank clearance).
• Venomous will ONLY be shipped air freight (Delta).
• There will be a $25 box fee on all venomous shipments.
• Absolutely NO sales to minors or in prohibited states.
• If there is a problem or a DOA, please notify us within 24 hours if you expect a credit to be issued.
• We are not responsible for carrier delays or problems, but we are reasonable, if you have a problem, please call or e-mail.
• We reserve the right to decline filling any order, for any reason, at any time, with or without explanation.

PURCHASER RESPONSIBILITIES

• The purchaser has full responsibility to ensure that they have acquired the necessary licenses or permits, as required by their locality or municipality, to purchase and keep venomous animals. By virtue of conducting a purchase from Wild Ryno, Inc., the purchaser certifies that said provisions have been met.
• In addition, by conducting a purchase, all purchasers certify that they understand the nature of the animal they are buying, and any inherent risks.
• Further, all purchasers agree to voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks associated with the purchase of any animal, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wild Ryno, Inc. of any and all liability (with the sole exception of DOA replacement or credit provisions covered above for the animal itself).
• Wild Ryno, Inc. will never knowingly ship any animal contrary to applicable state or federal laws and regulations, and will decline to fulfill an order if we believe that so doing would be in violation.
• At our discretion, we may require certified or notarized copies of applicable permits, licenses, letters of authorization, and similar documents from respective regulating agencies, demonstrating that the purchaser has proper clearance, licensing or other permission to acquire the animal(s) in question. We reserve the right to cancel any order unresponsive to any requests for such verification.
